5.1.1 The SyRF Conscious Intake Strategy and Mindful Eating (CIS
ME)- It’s All About ME (I AM) is a holistic nutritional and herbal program which allows
individuals to achieve optimal weight, train at peak performance and maintain
balanced energy throughout the day. TyRF (turf) represents the way you can Transform Your Relationship to Food.
5.1.2 The
CIS ME program is a simple yet sophisticated,
conscious eating and herbal strategy that has been tested and shown to be
effective in achieving individual, optimal weight and in supplying the energy
needed for serious training. By inputting food and herbs with knowledge,
awareness and intention, health, fitness and rejuvenation can take place. The
integration of the other components of SYRF Systems: DSM, OAI and SyRFER constitute the TyRF Toolkit, that provide the skills and
techniques, the tools, to truly TyRF.
The specially formulated herbal liniments, tinctures and creams are used
in a preventative regimen to minimize sports injuries and to improve the immune
system which speeds up and aids in healing process.
